Job Description

• Conduct market research on products, customers, competitors, and industry trends.

• Develop and propose product marketing plans and strategies.

• Act as the primary liaison with manufacturers regarding business development activities.

• Coordinate and support seminars, training sessions, and marketing activities to promote products and enhance the company's brand image.

• Plan and prepare marketing activities for conferences and exhibitions.

• Source and identify new products.

• Evaluate new and existing products.

• Develop and implement product strategies.

• Manage the company's product portfolio.

• Deliver product training to the Sales team.

• Support the Sales team with promotional programs and product presentations at hospitals.

Job Requirements

• Female, aged between 22 and 35 years old.

• College degree or above.

• Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage.

• Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Honest, diligent, responsible, and proactive with a positive working attitude.

Compensation

• Basic salary: VND 12–15 million/month, plus attractive sales incentives and performance bonuses.

• Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): VND 25–35 million/month, with the potential to earn significantly more based on individual performance.

Job Description

• Execute sales activities for assigned high-tech technical supplies (imported from the USA, Germany, Japan, etc.).
• Maintain and develop relationships with the company’s existing customer base.
• Coordinate with and support the project department and other departments in activities related to products within the assigned market scope.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors or direct supervisor.
